Everybody Loves Pie!

Pies are traditional for Thanksgiving. But if you want to offer something other than pecan and pumpkin, read on...

I love pies. They're so delicious, come in endless variations, and are easy to make, once you master pie crust! And by using refrigerated pie crust dough, or by making a pie that doesn't need a traditional crust, you can even skip that hurdle! This Thanksgiving, think about offering some different pies, if you always serve pumpkin and pecan.

These are some of my favorite pie recipes. Pick one (or two!) to serve at your holiday table this year.

Chocolate Angel Pie - this super easy pie uses a meringue shell so you don't have to worry about a pie crust.

Apple Pie - A traditional recipe for a fragrant and delicious pie, this one has a gorgeous lattice crust so it looks very festive.

Lemon Meringue Pie - my little sister Lisa makes the most perfect Lemon Meringue Pie, and serves it every Thanksgiving. Add this recipe to your holiday menus!

Frozen Chocolate Mousse Pie - You can make this fabulous pie this weekend and have your Thanksgiving dessert ready and waiting! Yum.
