However, the book does claim that desserts can be made in 30 minutes or less.Therefor, it would seem reasonable that in order to accomplish this goal, some of the ingredients may have to be convenience products.

Chattman has authored nine additional cookbooks, and her recipes have appeared in Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, The New York Times, and Redbook.
