This recipe is similar to Paula Deen's recipes for ooey gooey butter cookies.
These chocolate powdered sugar cookies are so easy to prepare. But plan ahead: You have to refrigerate the dough for several hours before baking. Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies
Beat butter and Neufchatel cheese using an electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in cake mix and egg. Refrigerate batter 2 hours until firm. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Roll batter into walnut-sized balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 12 minutes or until firm on the top.
